"We are delighted to share the latest progress and data of GT201, GT801, and GT719, which collectively demonstrate Grit Bio’s comprehensive expertise in cell therapies,” said Dr. Yarong Liu, Founder and CEO of Grit Bio. “The results are one more concrete step validating our technology platforms in TIL, allogeneic cell therapies and in vivo CAR-T. We will further leverage our leadership in cell therapies to add novel treatment options for patients with significant unmet medical need."
About Grit Bio
Founded in 2019, we are an R&D-driven, late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation immunotherapies for patients with cancer and autoimmune diseases worldwide. Leveraging our insights in immunotherapies, established R&D and technology platforms, and comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, we have built a diversified pipeline of seven product candidates in both the United States and China to address unmet clinical needs. GT101, a proprietary injectable developed by Grit Bio, is the first TIL therapy that entered registrational clinical trial in China and is currently in pivotal Phase II clinical study. Grit Bio's GT201 injectable, the first TIL therapy with membrane-bound IL-15 complex, has cleared IND in both US and China and initiated Phase I clinical study. Additionally, the company has a highly innovative project matrix, including autologous TIL enhanced with dual gene knock-outs, mRNA-based neoantigen cancer vaccine, the first universal CAR-iNKT therapy generated through differentiation of stem cells, and next-generation in vivo CAR-T.
We are committed to addressing the critical limitations of current treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases and reshaping the therapeutic landscape of immunotherapies by driving three fundamental shifts: from hematologic malignancies to solid tumors, from autologous therapies to off-the-shelf allogeneic therapies, and from ex vivo to in vivo engineering. Our ultimate goal is to deliver therapies that are impactful, affordable, and accessible to patients worldwide. For further information, please visit: www.grit-bio.com
